Dr Roebuck is an Elite Provider of Invisalign Go and Go Plus with many years’ experience. Loving all areas of dentistry Louise particularly enjoys using Invisalign combined with subtle modifications to tooth shape and colour to create beautifully natural smiles. Dr Roebuck has a strong academic background, gaining a first class honours degree in Physiology before being awarded Distinction during her Dental training at Liverpool University in 2008. She achieved the highest grades in her year for both degrees. She enjoys continuing to further her knowledge and keep up-to-date by attending further post-graduate training courses in cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry. “I love working with patients to create beautiful, natural smiles. Aligning teeth in such a way that we can also prevent tooth wear and promote good oral health is also pivotal to my work. Finally, by whitening and bonding or changing old crowns we can restore the natural beauty of a patient’s smile. How The Treatment Works:
Your First Appointment
In your initial appointment, your dentist will examine your mouth and ask you about the cosmetic changes you’d like to make. If you are an appropriate candidate for the Invisalign, your dentist will take you through the process behind this treatment and the estimated timeline.
Moulding Process
The next step is making a digital mould of your teeth. This may be administered in your first appointment with the dentist, or at a separate time, depending on your availability.
Fitting the First Tray
Once your Invisalign trays have been completed, you can return for your pick-up. The dentist may fix small attachments on your teeth to make sure the trays are secure.
Follow-Up Appointments
After a few weeks have passed, you will be expected to return to your clinic. Your dentist will need to inspect your tooth movements and ensure the trays are fitting properly.
Straighter Teeth!
After a period of time, your teeth will have been straightened out by the Invisalign. The final results will depend on how severely misaligned your teeth were in the first place. But if you wear the trays as instructed, you are guaranteed improved results and a straighter set of teeth.
