I arrived two minutes late, took of my coat, sat in the waiting area for one minute and Caro, the Hygienist came for me. She made her thorough examination with her usual care. With her politeness and smile she set me at ease, as she always does.Capable staff made setting the next appointment straightforward.
First dentist visit in about 7years due to an awful previous experience. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The ladies on reception are so welcoming and helpful. Tej was FANTASTIC! Puts you completely at ease and comfortable! Very informative & fair prices for work.Would highly recommend this dentist for anyone who's an anxious patient or previously had a bad experience. My partner saw Harv and again had a fantastic experience ☺️
I have been coming to Andrew Lee for the last few years and have no regrets. Went today to see Caro my hygienist she is professional, friendly and help you feel relaxed and my teeth have improved with her excellent advise on cleaning, I also seen Louise today my dentist for 6mth check she is always professional friendly and always give me the confidence that I have the best two people looking after my teeth. After years of avoiding the dentist out of fear and embarrassment I had to make an emergency appointment due to the extreme pain I was in. Everyone was very kind and made me feel at ease. I had a very clear treatment plan which was explained carefully. The treatment was also handled well and expertly carried out. I’m now a regular patient and have never been happier. If you’re worried then I cannot recommend them highly enough. My confidence and wellbeing are so much better thanks to all at Andrew Lee

I have heard negative things from other people, but Caro and Lilly (I think) were really lovely and I had no pain or problems at all. I was advised by my previous private dentist that he would not save my teeth and they had to be removed. He refused to even try and save them, and I was extremely upset.I am so glad that I found Andrew Lee practice, in particular Louise Roebuck my new dentist and Caro Edmonds my hygienist and their associated dental nurses.Louise came up with a plan of treatment to save the teeth that I had been told had to come out and Caro showed me best brushing techniques etc. So far they are all good nearly a year on.I am so very grateful for this and cannot thank them enough for making me feel at ease, being so kind and saving my teeth.Thank you so much!!Also, a big shout out to Susanne Blower who was my initial point of contact.You're all amazing !!!Sue Harvey

Had a broken tooth at 12:15. Rang the surgery at 12:30. Got an appointment with Louise at 2pm. Had replacement filling by 3pm. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Louise was very professional as always explaining actions as the work progressed. Excellent service.
